Andrews Sykes Climate Rental works day and night to provide you with the most efficient service any given day. We understand that in order to provide our guests the service they deserve we have to begin with our employees.

Recently engineers from our Omani agents company visited our head office in Sharjah, UAE. The management viewed this as a perfect opportunity to provide on the job training about our range of units and their functioning.

The training comprised of basic to advanced functioning of our air conditioners, chillers and other HVAC units and the environments they best operate in. An on the field practical training was followed up with a theoretical one. read more

The temperatures in the Middle East are still considerably hot and the residents and citizens are searching for ways to keep cool.

In the midst of activities Andrews Sykes Climate Rental has launched a new interactive infographic on its website which displays various murky facts in regards to temperatures. The infographic displays you with 100 different temperature facts which you may or may not have known up till now!

Did you know for example, that the coldest an animal has survived is -272.0 degrees Celsius? And the temperature at the bottom of the Marianna Trench is 1.0 degree Celsius? read more

Andrews Sykes has recently updated their ‘Product Guide’ pocket book!

The new and updated pocket guide book includes all up to date information on the various range of air conditioners, chillers, heater, ventilators, boilers and dehumidifiers offered by us. The guide also includes our new logo celebrating “50 Years of Service” in the HVAC industry.

Andrews Sykes Climate Rental for the Protection of Instruments

Andrews Sykes Climate Rental had a chance to help out the musicians who were performing at an event in Abu Dhabi, UAE. During the practice sessions, the musicians realized that due to low humidity and cold temperatures, the stringed instruments were being affected.

Stringed instruments are made out of wood, which attracts and absorbs moisture from the atmosphere. When moisture is absorbed, it tends to swell, and when it releases moisture into dry and cold air, it tends to shrink. Both situations can be harmful to the instrument as the music notes are disturbed due to these changes. read more

It isn’t new to see things developing for good at Andrews Sykes Climate Rental. Last month during a brainstorming discussion between our colleagues, it was decided to give a new look to all our HVAC equipment, and make it stand out from the HVAC equipment provided by other suppliers!

The re-branded equipment aims to distinguish itself from the other vendors’ equipment, highlighting the brand name of “Andrews Sykes Climate Rental” on the top.

We are proud to announce that we have given a new ‘branded’ look to our HVAC units- Air Conditioners, Chillers, and Air Handlers! With the implementation already in action, almost all of our units have been adapted with the new look and the remaining will be done shortly. read more
